Search Work is D2's evidence layer for Technical SEO, AEO and GEO. A case claims only what repository, CI, public-runtime or measured evidence supports; ranking, AI-citation and revenue outcomes require their own observation window.

D2 converted its own website into a controlled Search & AI Visibility implementation: freeze a baseline, fix canonical and release contracts, standardize entity/author/evidence relationships, define market and Search intent architecture, publish citation-ready tools, and expose the implementation itself as first-party proof. The case demonstrates implementation and readiness evidence; it does not claim ranking, traffic, AI citation or revenue lift that has not yet been measured after production release.
