Pricing & scope
Service pricing does not automatically include third-party commerce costs
Ads budgets, platform fees, vouchers, KOC/Creator booking, samples, logistics, studios, talent, software and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in a proposal or contract.
Business results
D2 does not guarantee fixed GMV, ROAS or profit without a specific written agreement
Results depend on product competitiveness, price, inventory, media spend, Creative, fulfillment, platform policies and other factors outside direct agency control.
Data & access
Clients are responsible for having the right to provide accounts, files and data
D2 requests only the access required for an agreed scope and may decline to process information that appears to infringe third-party rights.
Third-party platforms
TikTok, Shopee, Meta and other platforms operate under their own policies
D2 does not control platform algorithm, pricing, policy, approval or account-status changes.
