Singapore Creator Commerce Index
The Singapore Creator Commerce Index consolidates D2’s strongest validated first-party Singapore TikTok Shop signals into one citation asset, while explicitly separating full-market unknowns from platform-reported growth and event-specific observations.
Market-scale signals
TikTok Shop reported at its July 2026 Singapore Summit that platform GMV grew 1.7x year over year and monthly buyers grew 1.6x over the past year. These figures measure TikTok Shop’s reported Singapore activity; they are not an independent estimate of Singapore ecommerce.
Affiliate and format signals
Creator Fest 2025 reported overall affiliate GMV doubling year over year in Singapore. The same first-party report stated LIVE GMV rose 136% and short-video GMV rose 95%. These are directional platform ecosystem observations with no claim that every seller or creator experienced the same growth.
Event signal
For the 2026 6.6 Birthday Mega Sale, TikTok Shop reported platform GMV up 80% year over year and livestream GMV at 2x the prior-year event. Event metrics are stored separately because a campaign window is not interchangeable with a full-year market benchmark.
What is not published
D2 does not currently publish a Singapore creator-fee average, campaign-cost average, creator-GMV percentile distribution or top-creator ranking because a sufficiently comparable and reproducible dataset is not available in this research pass. External market-intelligence data is not used when a sufficiently comparable and reproducible dataset is unavailable.
Methodology and limitations
Each metric is stored as a reusable snapshot with source, unit, scope and limitation. First-party TikTok reports are attributed as platform-reported. Named cases are never promoted into population statistics. Missing data remains missing rather than being estimated from followers or GMV.
