Creator KPI & Reporting for TikTok Shop Malaysia
Creator reporting in Malaysia should separate the operating funnel—identified, invited, replied, sampled and posted—from commerce outcomes such as traffic, orders and GMV, then analyse Video, LIVE, affiliate and paid-booking work separately.
A single “creator count” does not explain whether the programme is functioning. The reporting system should show where creators drop out and which collaboration model actually produces content and sales.
Operating KPIs
Creators researched, qualified, invited, replied, approved for samples, samples shipped, samples delivered, creators posting, Video posts, LIVE activations and repeat creators.
Commerce KPIs
Attributed orders, GMV, commission cost, paid booking cost, sample cost and—where relevant—media spend. Do not compare affiliate and paid creator economics without separating their cost structures.
Content KPIs
Hook quality, product demonstration, CTA clarity, comments/questions, content reuse eligibility and format fit. Qualitative review matters because performance can be driven by one exceptional piece rather than a repeatable creator pattern.
Decision layer
Reporting should answer what to keep, stop, retest and scale. Link results back to How to Choose Creators and Affiliate Management.
